I only did 4 stars for smell because it doesn’t really have one kinda it’s good not strong. I have H.S. ( hidradenitis suppurativa ) for years it’s been pretty awful and unbearable to deal with nothing worked. Until I read someone’s review who also had HS I gave it a shot and it’s amazing life changing I barely have a problem with my skin anymore it’s also the only soap I use now. Definitely gonna look more into this soap for other things, I love it!!!

Let me just say this stuff is awesome. I suffer from HS and cystic acne. I also get hormonal break outs on my face and large painful cysts. I have tried so many products. I use this on my face every time I shower and all over my body especially areas that are prone to HS flares such as my underarms and inner thighs. My scars are starting to heal and the dark areas are starting to lighten. My face is the clearest I’ve seen it in years and I currently have zero, active cystic lesions. This hasn’t happened since I was a teen and even then my face was oily and broken out. I will admit the smell is different, not bad just smells medicinal and it does slightly dry my skin. But considering that I can wear a lightweight moisturizer and the scent is minimal, I couldn’t expect more from this product. I am sold, 100%. I am so very grateful to have found something that provides me relief from HS as well as being affordable and is only an extra step to my shower routine. I’m over the moon!!! Hope it helps someone else as much as it has helped me!

I’ve tried lots of acne stuff, I had it as a kid then it mostly cleared up in my late 20’s and now in my early to mid 30’s its come back and painfully. this bar, like any medicine could draw out underlying pimples and it flair up at the start, but keep using it – a few uses and it’s gone and with routine use will stay gone and it’s cheap as hell! please note: you MUST moisturize afterwards cause it’ll dry your skin, 

It does really good with my skin, no issueswith skin sensitivity and the smell got me a lot of compliments. And it’s did a great good moisturizing my skin as well.

I love that it lathers in any water. It is disconcerting to see the gray on your washcloth or in the tub, but it washes out. The scent is very light and fresh. My skin feels so soft after washing it. I take it with me when I travel.
